I'm confused by the fact that you cannot administer odbc-dsn from odbcad32
when called from the "control panel" or the desktop : ends in error : "the
setup routines could not be found * . please reinstall"

But run from a "dos-prompt" there is no problem at all.
Trying to change security-setups ... does no chage.

Any solutions , ( how to reinstall ... anyhow ??? ).
